When privacy mode is enabled, Mika operates as a stateless pipe. Sensitive information is redacted before reaching any AI model. No conversations, messages, or visitor details are stored in any database. Lead notifications arrive as encrypted links that expire after 2 hours, with PINs delivered via separate SMS channel.
PII redacted before AI processing
Phone numbers, emails, Social Security Numbers, dates of birth, insurance IDs, and names are replaced with indexed tokens before reaching any AI model. The AI never sees the real data.

Is this HIPAA compliant?
Mika's Zero-Storage Privacy Mode ensures no patient data, conversations, or PII are stored in any database. PII is redacted before reaching any AI model.
